Gators Youth Football & Cheer

1. Medical Clearance Requirements

You must have a valid ID and a sports physical for your child.

Download and print the Registration Form and take it to your local sports physical office. We encourage you to simply walk in to get yours done as efficiently as possible and avoid delays.

Bring the completed medical form with you to practice before August 1st or your child will not be able to participate in games.

2. Pay Your Registration (two ways to pay)

Cheer 6u – 8u, 10u – 12u $125

Rentals Available:

  • Game uniform rental (pants and jersey)

Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Location: 350 Estate Drive in Jacksonville

Parent / Guardian Responsibilities:

  • Sports physical
  • State ID/Military
  • Chin strap
  • Mouthpiece
  • Practice Uniform
  • Transportation
  • Bring snacks/drinks for ONE game (you will be assigned a game)
  • Volunteer for ONE home game concession stand duty
